CAREER Experiences are sessions designed to help you explore and experience more than 36 Careers (across Commerce, Humanities / Arts and Science), and find your “fit”, or your SUPER POWER CAREER, with a focus on Careers of the Future.
They include sessions on:

• Career Simulation & Career Journey (CX1)
• Career Focussed Insights (CX2 – Optional)

A person who does exceptionally well in their careers. You have heard of examples all around:

• Science – Dr. Abdul Kalam in Aerospace Engineering. Did you know he had average grades in School? He went on to become the Project Director at ISRO, and eventually President of India.
• Commerce – Mr. Raghuram Rajan in Economics. Did you know that he spent 7 years studying engineering and MBA? He joined Tata Administrative Services, but left his job after few months and moved to Finance / Economics, and went on to become Chief Economist of International Monetary Fund and Governor of Reserve Bank of India.
• Humanities/Arts – Mr Mani Ratnam in Film Making. Did you know that as a youngster, he was not allowed to watch films, being told that films were a waste of time? He studied Commerce followed by an MBA. He started work as a Consultant, but was not satisfied with his job, and took a sabbatical to work on films, and went on to become one of India’s best Directors.

Career Experiences are designed to help all teenagers and not just the top academic scorers. These are tools and resources you need to have a successful future and become a SuperHero. It will inspire you to consider career options they may not have known about but could be their Super Power Career. You can save a lot of their time and your money if you make the right choice now.

You will have the opportunity to explore and experience up to 36 Careers.

Each CX1 (90-105 minute sessions) includes:

• Career Simulation – hands-on Simulations, to help you understand how it will “feel” to work in a Career, and “try” up to 36 Careers, across Arts / Humanities, Commerce and Science, under successful Industry Professionals 
• Career Journey – structured interactions with Industry Professionals worldwide from to “learn” and “get inspired” from their success stories, and how you can be successful in a career in the shortest time:

          Science – NASA, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Healthcare / Medical  Industry, Flipkart, Indian Defence Services and/or many more similar organisations..

          Commerce – World Bank, Nomura, Boston Consulting Group, Zomato, Oyo, Uber, ITC and / or many more similar organisations..

          Arts / Humanities – United Nations, NITI Aoyog, NDTV, Indian Ocean (Music Band), Indian Movie Industry, Fashion Design Brands,  Indian Administrative Services, and / or many more similar organisations..

• QA 

Each CX2 (OPTIONAL 60 minute sessions) includes:

• Career Focussed Insights – session with a Career Coach covering key information such as education track (streams/ courses), top courses, top colleges, specialisations, salaries, top organisations, future prospects, roles and responsibilities and much more.
• Career Bank – access to an exhaustive and focussed Career Bank, with key print and audio visual data to assist decision making
• QA

For flexibility, we have created 3 SuperHero Packages (with 1, 3, and 6). You can go through the Master Schedule and choose from the following

• Package ANTMAN – 1 Career Experience (choose any Career of your choice)
• Package THOR – 3 Careers Experiences (choose any 3 Careers of your choice)
• Package IRONMAN – 6 Careers Experiences (choose any 3 Careers of your choice)

It is the process of strategically exploring as many Careers as possible, beginning as early as Grade 6 and going upto Grade 12.

It is a process of experiencing a Career, through Simulations. Simulations are hands-on experiences, to give your children a real “feel” of the Career. Career Labs gives them the opportunity to perform these Simulations under professionals from the Industry E.g. a Simulation on Film Making will be conducted under an experienced Film Director. 

You can enrol by choosing a Package, clicking on the links and following the simple process.

The Career Labs Program will be conducted on Video Conference. Please refer to the Master Schedule for dates and times. It will be conducted in evenings or on weekends, so that the School schedule is not impacted. 

You will need a Laptop (with mic and speaker), good internet, a notebook or A4 sheets and a pen / pencil.

It is not possible to cancel after you have already enrolled. 

You will receive the schedule 15-20 days before the Sessions, and session link 2-3 days prior to the scheduled dates. 

Yes, while you may have undergone testing and received recommendations on Careers before, the Career Labs Program will help you  “try” those recommended Careers and many more, and meet industry professionals, to find your “fit”, or their Super Power Career.
