CAREER Labs™ Program is designed to create SUPER HEROES of tomorrow. In our Labs, your child gets an opportunity to Explore & Engage with upto 36 Careers (12 in Commerce, 12 in Humanities / Arts and 12 in Science), and find their “fit”, or their SUPER POWER CAREER, with a focus on Careers of the Future.

In our Labs, each Career will have a 75-90 minute session, called Career Experience.

A person who does exceptionally well in their careers. You have heard of examples all around:

• Science – Dr. Abdul Kalam in Aerospace Engineering. Did you know he had average grades in School. He went on to become the Project Director at ISRO, and eventually President of India.
• Commerce – Mr. Raghuram Rajan in Economics. Did you know that he spent 7 years studying engineering and MBA. He joined Tata Administrative Services, but left his job after few months and moved to Finance / Economics, and went on to become Chief Economist of International Monetary Fund and Governor of Reserve Bank of India.
• Humanities/Arts – Mr Mani Ratnam in Film Making. Did you know that as a youngster, he was not allowed to watch films, being told that films were a waste of time? He studied Commerce followed by an MBA. He started work as a Consultant, but was not satisfied with his job, and took a sabbatical to work on films, and went on to become one of India’s best Directors.

Yes, they can be, and you can save a lot of their time and your money, before they become one. It begins by finding a career that they can create magic in, through Career Exploration and Career Engagement during their school years. Let them enter our CAREER Labs to begin their journey.

CAREER Labs Program is designed to help all teenagers and inspire them to consider career options they may not have known about, but could be their Super Power Career.

They will have the opportunity to Explore and Engage with up to 36 Careers (12 in Commerce, 12 in Humanities / Arts and 12 in Science) through 75-90 minute sessions (called Career Experiences) for each Career.

It is the process of strategically exploring as many Careers as possible, beginning as early as Grade 6 and going upto Grade 12.

It is a process of experiencing a Career, through Simulations. Simulations are hands-on experiences, to give your children a real “feel” of the Career. Career Labs gives them the opportunity to perform these Simulations under professionals from the Industry E.g. a Simulation on Film Making will be conducted under an experienced Film Director.

The CAREER Labs Program includes, for each Career Experience (75-90 minute sessions):

1.Hands-on Simulations, to make your child understand how it will “feel” to work in a Career, and “try” upto 36 Careers, across Arts / Humanities, Commerce and Science, under successful Industry Professionals
2.Structured interactions with Industry Professionals worldwide from to “learn” and “get inspired” from their success stories, and how your child can be successful in a Career in the shortest time :

•  Science – NASA, Apple, Microsoft, Healthcare / Medical Industry, Flipkart, Indian Defence Services and / or many more similar organisations..   
• Commerce – World Bank, Boston Consulting Group, Zomato, Oyo, Uber, ITC Hotels and / or many more similar organisations..                 
•  Arts / Humanities – United Nations, NITI Aoyog, Indian Ocean (Music Band), Indian Movie Industry, Fashion Design Brands, Indian Administrative Services, and / or many more similar organisations..    

3.Access to an exhaustive and focussed Career Bank, with key print and audio visual data to assist decision making

For flexibility, we have created 4 Super Hero Packages (with 1, 3, 12, and 36 Career Experiences). You can go through the Master Schedule and choose from the following:

• Package ANTMAN – 1 Career Experience (choose any Career of your choice)
• Package THOR – 3 Careers Experiences (choose any 3 Careers of your choice)
• Package IRONMAN – 12 Career Experiences (choose Commerce, Humanities / Arts OR Science. Careers across streams cannot be chosen)
• Package AVENGERS – 36 Career Experiences

If your child is in Grade 6-10 (and has not chosen a stream), we recommend you to choose a package with all 36 Careers (Package AVENGERS).

If your child is in Grades 11-12 (and has already chosen a stream), we advise you to choose package with 12 Careers in their selected Stream (Package IRONMAN).

Each Career Experience is between 75-90 minutes.

The Career Labs Program will be conducted on Video Conference. Please refer to the Master Schedule for dates and times. It will be conducted in evenings or on weekends, so that the School schedule is not impacted.

You will need a Laptop (with mic and speaker), good internet, a notebook or A4 sheets and a pen / pencil.

It is not possible to cancel after you have already enrolled your child.

You will receive the details 3-4 days prior to the scheduled dates.

Yes, while your child may have undergone testing and received recommendations on Careers before, the Career Labs Program will help them “try” those recommended Careers and many more, and meet industry professionals, to find their “fit”, or their Super Power Career.
